Through many trials and errors, and a good deal of life experience, I can honestly say that a low carb diet program is the only diet plan that really works for me.
I'd like to share with you my personal low carbohydrate recipes, as well as ones I've collected from various sources, and recipes I've modified to make low carb. Many of these will work with your Primal or Paleo food plans and all of them are diabetic friendly recipes.
For the most part, I like to find recipes that are naturally low in carbohydrates. This is food we ate before, things you don't think about being low carb, because they just are. So although I may occasionally modify, I'm less of an innovator and more about giving you delicious naturally low carbohydrate recipes, good old fashioned real food. These are the things I love most, simple, not time consuming, and delicious. I hope you enjoy what I have to share.
There's no need to starve yourself anymore. This is the weight loss program where you can eat real, whole, food! You don't have to be hungry. Believe me when I say I've tried it all, and not only do I lose best on a low carb diet, but I get to eat the best foods, too.
