4 weeks lost 17lbs!!

I have always struggled with my weight. When I was about 24 years old, went on a Slim Fast diet. I went from 145lbs to 105 lbs. Felt great! Then I had my first child at 26, was over 200lbs at the end of my pregnancy.
I slowly lost weight and didn't really diet, but my lowest weight post pregnancy was in 2004 at 145lbs. Had my second child 2005, weight went right back up to 200lbs. Once again, never fully lost all the weight and never got back to 105 lbs. In 2010, I was probable 155 when I got pregnant again. This time, I didn't gain as much during pregnancy, but was still close to 200 lbs by the end. My weight has been about 175 post pregnancy. Then I got a new scale and realized I weighed 179lbs. That's when I decided to go on Atkins, 4 weeks ago. I am now 162lbs.

I like atkins because it leaves me satisfied. I am not hungry and craving food all the time. Sugar is a problem for me, I love candy! Now I can enjoy Atkins bars and still lose weight. I plan on making this a way of life. I will let you know how it goes.
