Low Carb Big Mac Salad

Eat deliciously and keep it low carb with the classic flavor of a Big Mac.  This salad delivers all of that.  It's not fancy or gourmet.  It's not meant to be.  Just have fun with it.  It tastes surprisingly good!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 pound of ground beef cooked (I crumbled mine, but you could do a patty and cut it up)
  • Iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • dill pickles, chopped to desired size
  • American cheese slices (2 or 3), cut into little squares
  • finely chopped onions (I omitted these, because I'm not a fan of raw onions)

Homemade Big Mac Sauce - low  carb: Combine the following and set aside

Directions:

Assemble salad with lettuce, ground beef, pickles, onions, cheese.

Drizzle with desired amount of big mac sauce.
