Have you heard of broccoli dip? Yummy!
- 1 cup broccoli, cooked and chopped
- 2 Tablespoons fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender. (I like my Ninja better than a blender, if you have one!)
Process until smooth. Chill. Serve with fresh veggies, such as cucumbers, celery, zucchini sticks, bell pepper, or cherry tomatoes.
