Creamy Mushroom Chicken Recipe

Love, love this creamy mushroom chicken recipe that goes in the crock pot!! It couldn't get any easier, and it tasted great! I'll certainly be making this again.Ingredients: - 4 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 8 oz can of mushrooms - pieces and stems, DRAINED
- 1 can of condensed Campbell's Cream of Chicken & Mushroom Soup
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
Directions: Now this is hard - ready? Throw it all in crock pot - yes - frozen chicken. Turn to high, and leave it for 6 hours! 
If you need to be gone more than 6 hours, simply turn it to low and leave it! I cooked some fresh green beans by boiling them in water, drained, then added a couple tablespoons of butter and a tiny bit of sea salt. Then I served the chicken with the mushroom gravy over the top of the green beans - GOOD!! 
The nutritional info is as follows - but I should say, this takes into account using every bit of gravy, which I didn't, so my personal carb counts would be slightly lower.
