This is a super easy crock pot chicken recipe. It's versatile and tastes great, too. Try it in a low carb tortilla or low carb pita or wrap. Try it over the top of lettuce greens. Try it wrapped in a lettuce leaf. Eat it straight out of the bowl. The possibilities are endless. Note: It freezes great, as well.
Cook chicken in crock pot with salsa for six hours on low heat.
Remove chicken and shred, add sour cream and taco seasoning. Return to crock pot.
