Happy New Year friends!! Hope 2011 is everything you could hope for and more!

Don't forget to leave me some feedback! Do you like all of the Top 10 countdowns at the end of the year or are they a bore? Let me know, so I can decide whether to do one again next year.

My favorite DT Low Carb Recipe
by: Misty

Hi Tiffany
What a great idea to feature favorites.

My absolute favorite is also the chile rellano casserole.

My whole family loves this recipe and it's easier, lower in carb and higher in protein than a traditional rellano which I do miss.

Thank you for the work you put into this site! It has helped so many stick to and enjoy the low carb lifestlye.

Happy New Year!
Misty
