Here's a fish almondine recipe that will be loved by and low carbers and non low carbers alike.
Combine almonds, salt, and melted butter. Set aside. Coat fillets with mayonnaise and place in a buttered baking pan. Top with almond/butter mixture. Pour a little water around the fillets to 1/4" depth. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
