Here's a great ginger chicken recipe made without breading to be low in carbohydrates.
Dice chicken into cubes or your preferred size, then sprinkle evenly with ginger and pepper. Toss to spread seasoning around evenly.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium/high heat, and brown chicken. Remove chicken.
Reduce heat to medium, and pour hot water into the skillet and stir up the remaining butter and bits of chicken in the pan (deglaze it.) Add the chicken bouillon cube and let it dissolve completely. Add chicken and reduce heat to low/medium, and let simmer for 25 minutes. Stir in cream, and let heat through. Remove and serve.
