Greek Shrimp Recipe
This Greek shrimp recipe will rock your taste buds! It's made with fresh tomatoes, garlic, parsley, feta cheese, black olives, and more. I love this meal because you can serve it over rice for carb eaters, or serve it with steamed veggies or zucchini noodles for low carb people. It tastes so great you don't actually need anything to go with it. It's pictured all by itself, which is just the way I ate it. Enjoy! Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Begin by chopping onion and garlic.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat and add garlic and onion and cook until onion is translucent. While onion/garlic is cooking, chop tomatoes and parsley.
Once onion is translucent, add tomatoes, parsley, basil, oregano, bay leaf, salt, and sesame oil to the skillet. Simmer 5 minutes, remove from heat and toss in shrimp.
Put mixture in a 7.5" X 12 " pan. Top with feta, then black olives. Squeeze lemon juice over all, and pop into oven for 15 minutes.
Our family loves this, and I hope yours does, too.
