Here's a wonderful grilled chicken breast recipe that's anything but basic. Topped with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, cheese, bacon and avocado, it's loaded with flavor. Thanks again to my Aunt Dee Dee for another fantastic recipe!
Grill chicken breasts until no longer pink in the middle and juices run clear.
Sauté mushrooms and onions in small amount of butter and white cooking wine. After they are done add a cut up tomato and cook just for a small amount of time. Spoon the tomato, mushroom, onion mixture over the chicken, add some fresh bacon pieces and then top with monterrey jack cheese. Then top all of that with a cut up avocado. It’s good!
