Low Carb Chocolate Mousse

In the mood for something rich? Try this low carb chocolate mousse recipe.


  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 cup of erythritol or zylitol (recommended) or 1 cup of splenda
  • 2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. Heavy whipping cream, whipped


Cream together butter and sugar substitute; stir in chocolate. Add eggs one at a time, beating at high speed for a few minutes before adding the next egg. Fold in Heavy Whipping Cream.

Pour into parfait dishes, or dessert cups. Refrigerate 2 hours if you can keep your hands out of this low carb chocolate mousse. Enjoy!
