Low Carbohydrate Food Lists

So you've decided to jump on the low carb diet bandwagon, now what? You are in search of low carbohydrate food lists.

You know that foods low in carbohydrates include most forms of protein: beef, chicken, fish, seafood, pork, and so on.

What about vegetables and fruits? If you're on Atkins Induction please refer to the list of induction friendly veggies (no fruits are allowed.) If you are past induction (or doing a different plan) here is a list of low carbohydrate foods. For exact carb counts of each one, please see the USDA nutritional database. Remember that most people who count carbohydrates, choose to subtract any fiber from the total usable carbs.
