Marinated Vegetable Salad

This delicious marinated vegetable salad has broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and olives. You'll love it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches of broccoli
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup fresh button mushrooms
  • 1 6 oz can seedless black olives, drained
  • 1 16 bottle of good Italian dressing
  • 1 1 oz pkg hidden valley ranch dressing and seasoning mix
  • 2 ounces of slivered almonds

Directions:

Chop broccoli, cauliflower, and mushrooms into bite sized pieces. Add olives. In a separate bowl combine Italian and ranch dressing packet. Mix well and pour over vegetables. Toss well to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.Sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
