This okra and tomatoes recipe is really easy, and tastes wonderful. I was raised eating wonderful vegetables like this.
Boil 2 cups of water and add to it 4 cups of frozen cut okra. Cook for 6-7 minutes then drain. Return to pan and add can of diced tomatoes.
Add seasoning. Stir lightly and taste, then just heat through. You definitely don't want to over cook okra, because it just falls apart.
