Pimento Cheese Recipe

This pimento cheese recipe is far better than anything you could buy in the store, it's less expensive, and naturally low in carbs!Ingredients: - 1 pound Colby Cheese, grated (preferably at home)
- 1 2 oz. jar diced pimentos
- 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
Directions: In a large bowl add pimientos to grated cheese. Stir in mayonnaise and use your judgment as you may want a little more mayo. Cover bowl with some plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or more before serving to let the flavors blend. 



This pimiento cheese spread will keep for a long time in the fridge (well - if you're not eating it - won't last long around my house) Ideas for low carbers:
