Steak Salad Recipe

I don't care for leftover steak, unless it's reinvented into something like this steak salad recipe. It's fabulous! This is one of those meals that I used to eat long before low carb was a part of my life.It's so simple and so fast to throw together. I had grilled these ribeyes the night before. I wasn't able to finish mine, so I saved it knowing I'd turn it into salad the next day. Ingredients:
- leftover steak, sliced thin
- lettuce, Spring Mix, or combination of greens
- tomato
- cheddar cheese
- homemade ranch dressing
Optional: - black olives
- fresh mushrooms
- radishes
- cucumbers
