Want to get into kettlebell training? I have this workout, and it's unbelievable!
The kettlebell is so light and easy to handle that you think you won't get a good workout from it, but you will! The first time I did this workout I was drenched in sweat and the next day I was sore from head to toe!
I found it easy to follow and without complicated moves. I do recommend going through the "training video" to understand the moves and the exact positions.
